Nutrition Pathway processes your personal information to meet our legal, statutory and professional obligations and provide you with our services. We never collect unnecessary personal data from you. Personal data may include, name, address, date of birth, contact details, medical conditions and history. We do not share data with any marketing companies. We will only disclose information to third parties with your permission, with the exception of: any legal or regulatory requirements, our registrant body BANT in the case of any complaint made by you, or any contractors for healthcare services on the understanding this is information is kept confidential. We will seek your consent before sharing information with healthcare professionals, unless we believe there is a danger to life.

We will retain all data for 8 years from the date of the last consultation, thereafter it will be destroyed. We undertake to protect personal data and keep it secure.

You have the right to request any personal information we hold about you, the purpose of it, recipients to whom the personal data may/has been disclosed, how long we keep the data for. If you believe any data to be incorrect, you have the right to ask us to correct it. If you have a complaint regarding the use of the data, you must make a written request to the data protection person named above.
